Sublime restaurant in Goa has become the first fine-dining restaurant to put Enigma on its menu. Enigma absinthe is available as a traditional serve with iced water. Sublime is run by Chris Agha Bee, who has been in Goa since 2001. The restaurant is situated in a tropical garden and presents an eclectic menu featuring Asian and Western dishes.

Enigma absinthe's brand owners, Liqueurs de France, were proud to be invited to supply absinthe to Nightjar, voted best new UK bar in 2011 by Class magazine. Nightjar have set up a dedicated new absinthe bar which aims to serve absinthe in the traditional way, with just water, to allow the character of each absinthe to present itself. As well as both Enigma verte and blanche, Nightjar will stock many other exclusive LDF brands such as LDF Suisse verte and Brut d'alembic, plus their agency brands such as Jade.
