Enigma Tasting at Purl - London

Ian Hutton of LDF gave a presentation of Enigma absinthes to members of the Trade Press at London's fashionable speak-easy bar Purl. Purl's mixologist wowed the crowd with an Enigma Collins while Ian focussed on demonstrating the difference between the teo expressions and the changes that sugar adds to the body of the absinthe.
